Our small family was moving into a home that was new to us, so I looked up Roseville/Rocklin area carpet cleaning companies as those are the towns I'm most familiar with and know they're local enough that they wouldn't have too long of a drive to a job site. Sam was incredibly professional, explaining all aspects of the job, what it includes, how they can help, and was able to fit me in even sooner than our original appointment after I explained to him my concerns about previous pet odors, and he didn't want us to be living in that smell. We are very satisfied with Sam's service and highly recommend him! Sam came to look at our carpet after an unsatisfactory cleaning by another company left brownish blotches where there were none before. Sam explained the possible causes of the blotching and recommended a treatment. The results far exceeded our expectations. Sam is courteous and explains things thoroughly. Unprofessional and Disrespectful – Avoid Found Sam through the RING app and booked him for carpet cleaning on May 5 at 9:00am. He changed the time twice that morning, eventually arriving at 9:54 AM. I paid $185 (quoted $160) after a one-hour job. He said the carpet could be walked on immediately. No one was home from 11 AM to 7 PM—verified by security cameras—yet footprints and streaks appeared everywhere, including in rooms no one entered. I sent photos and proof, and Sam agreed to return. When he came back, he was late again, raised his voice at me, called my roommate a liar, and even suggested she climbed through a window. His yelling led me to tear up, and my roommate came out concerned for my safety. This is a new home with new carpet, and I only got it cleaned before a new tenant

We have had Sam clean our carpets a couple of times now and have been very happy with the results. We have also had him clean our mother's home twice including helping remove excess moisture from a plumbing leak. We highly recommend Sam and always look forward to working with him.
