Sears Appliance Repair

David is great. But he’s had to try to fix our refrigerator 3 times without the correct parts sent by Sears. We’ve been without a refrigerator for over 6 weeks. I told him to stop trying to fix it if they can’t give him the right parts. I just gave up just bought a new refrigerator. The same thing has happened with my dishwasher. Sears Home Warranty is worthless. Don’t buy it!

Rubin was courteous, professional, and was very knowledgeable with our range repair. I paid $129 for trip charge, but any repair needed would credit trip charge.

Very polite and efficient. Although I had to get up way earlier and did not come until afternoon. I had to do o a chat with the center to get answers. No call)or text update until I did a chat again. Not happy though that I had to wait two weeks for an appointment. But techs have always been good.
