Terrapin Tile

Working with Terrapin Tile was truly a pleasure. The entire project was smooth sailing. Martha patiently helped me explore the various tile options and shades of blues and greens. She made sure our kitchen backsplash would work in our space and reflect our love of nature. Tom was responsive and easy to communicate with. Matt installed the tiles in less than 2 days. He was kind, personable, and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend working with this team.

Terrapin Tile did a spectacular job on our kitchen renovation. We did new floor tile, countertops and backsplash. Tom and Martha gave us wonderful advice on tile size, color and style of tiles for the floor and backsplash, and Tom's installation team gave us a beautiful result. Brian and his team installed a the perfect quartz countertop and a luxurious new sink. The renovation was worth every penny, and it wasn't nearly many pennies as I might have expected. :) Highly recommend!

From the front desk consultation to the tiling itself, they did a fantastic bathroom tiling job for us. Everyone we interacted with was both friendly and professional throughout.

We went to Terrapin Tile in Ithaca after our tile order at another supplier was incorrect and ultimately unavailable. I had not heard of them until our contractor gave me their name. Kelly was incredibly helpful. She looked at photos of our bathroom and offered to come look at it. She gave excellent advice about tile shape given our small space and other considerations, and about color combos. She was patient, and truly seemed interested in us getting the best outcome and not in making a sale, and at one point she suggested going elsewhere since the previous store might be more inclined to give us a deal (we did go for one item and they did not offer this.) And not least, they have BEAUTIFUL tile. I'd go there again in a heartbeat for future projects.
