Mo was originally very responsive and accommodating in giving us a fair price for the work for our move. On the day of the move, the team was efficient and friendly. They worked hard, and I even bought them some pizza to help them through the long day. I was overall pleased with their work, but their were a few items that were damaged (a chemex ($60), a stained glass pane from a cabinet ($50 to replace), and a scratch in the floor in the main foyer of the new house. Mo talked the talk about sending a guy out to repair the floor, even gave me a date when he would come, that came and went. He asked me to send photos and receipts for the replacement for the two broken pieces, which I did, but even with multiple requests to reimburse me through venmo, he never did. My husband also tried

Nate was amazing from the start with the estimate, details, and planning. His team Moe (and two other guys) moved my 103 years old Steinway grand piano and the rest of my belongings from Rochester NY to Hampton VA. The whole process was smooth and easy. The team members were extremely gentle, professional with my piano. They were also super friendly and accommodating! They moved everything in one day and dropped off everything the next morning! They were also super efficient. I can’t recommend this moving company enough! :) 10000% recommend!

I contacted A-Team after a lengthy search for a moving company to move 3 pieces of industrial equipment weighing from 600 to 1500 lbs from Schenectady, NY to the Ithaca area. This was my 4th attempt to find someone to help with this move. I provided as much detail about the equipment as I had as well as pictures. During the first conversation I had with Nate, it was apparent he was engaged as he was already viewing the pick up site on Google Maps. While he admitted he had never moved equipment like this, he agreed to give it a try. We set a date and I arranged to meet him and his team at the pick up site, as well as to arrange for them to pick up some equipment from the farm to help with lifting and moving the items from the building to the truck. When U-haul booked this service the A-Team recommended 3 hours to move my 3 bdrm apt. I paid for 4 hours. As we got closer to the 4 hour time I was told that i could pay for additional time because they weren't going to work for free. I told them that i didn't expect them to , but if your compant recommended 3 hours and i paid forr 4 why couldn't the job be completed. I may have not been so uset until the mover adked me if I knew what commen sense was and that commen sense should have told me that they could not tell me how long it was going to take until after they saw my place and the number of boxes that I had. Even when he came to my home he never mentiioned that the job was not a 4 hour job but longer. I don't think the "common sense" comment would have been made to a man. Needless to

After a hectic move to our town just outside of Ithaca all the way from Long Island it was a relief to have such hard working, kind men to help us move our things (and on two days notice!). As two young women we were a bit nervous to ask for help, and a team of two lovely brothers moved our entire 15 foot uhaul in just 2 hours. Great guys, great work, not a bump or scratch on any of our things! Nice work guys!
