I was struggling on which washer and dryer set to go with and went in to the store to learn more about them. Man am I glad I did ! I had the pleasure of speaking with Julia Castillo in the appliances section who answered all of my questions and really help me narrow down the right one for me. Having her set up my order to be delivered and applying for a consumer card was a breeze . I get so overwhelmed with big purchases and the peace of mind I now have knowing I made the right decision all due to Julia’s amazing customer service and attention to detail took all the anxiety I get with making sure I picked the right one . I can’t wait to go in to see her for my next big purchase! If you need an appliance I highly recommend speaking with her you won’t regret it :) thank me later !

Yucca Valley California This is the friendliest Home Depot I’ve ever been too. Every staff member smiles at you. Our Home Depot’s in Utah are so different. Employees at ours literally avoid eye contact. This store has an impressive tool and equipment rental section. I saw at a distance, smaller hand tools and floor care among other things, clear up to larger equipments, tractors and etc. The young gal in the paint section was great. Our cashier Shawna was amazing. She has a great disposition and just seemed happy to help us. You won’t be disappointed if you stop at this Home Depot. It’s a breath of FRESH AIR just walking in and seeing happy, helpful employees. We’ve been several times and this store never disappoints!! The team and service at the Yucca Valley location is INCREDIBLE. We just moved to 29 with a fixer-upper home on our hands; the team here has been so helpful and provided us with so much guidance. Pretty much feels like home walking into this Home Depot.
