Trane Commercial Sales Office

Trane has the worst customer relations ever. Brand new system installed and is faulty. After one month of doing nothing, now they are asking to have the AC unit inspected by their own dealer. If you did not trust or accept my dealer in case of defects, why in earth did you sell them the system? I would give zero stars if I could. Paid thousands of dollars and my brand new 5 ton Trane is working far worth than my previous 20 years old system.

I talked to Mark over the phone about a thermostat problem. Instead of charging me an arm and a leg, he simply told me how to fix the problem myself. It cost me a $10 part instead of $100+ of maintenance/labor. Thanks Mark!

This place is great! The breakroom has snacks and the vrf guy is pretty awesome.

Took a class here back in 2011. Very nice place with good instructors.
