Ultimate Pools

They were on time as promised - great attention to detail with a full crew working well together. Did great repair of tile and coping around the pool. Polite and respectful of our property around the pool- cleaned up very well after their work. Will be calling them for any other pool repair needs for sure ! Ask for “G” - he was awesome!!!

Ultimate pools was a complete disappointment. When I had them give me a quote they never sent me anything in writing. I called and spoke to Susan and I’ve never been more disrespected by someone who couldn’t even pronounce my last name. As for Travis (guy who gave me the quote) he was very stand offish, curt and terrible at following up. Long story short I went with Anthony and Sylvan and they have been nothing short of amazing. If you’re looking for a pool in RVA are please consider Anthony and Sylvan or Premier pools and spas. They were considerably more informative, professional and provided an amazing customer experience. Ultimate pools is a joke and they lost out on a cool $150k. Great job Susan and Travis!

Highly recommended. During the busy season in mid-June, I have called several companies with good reviews to open the pool for us, but they either have no immediate availability or simply didn’t return my calls. Tammy from Ultimate Pools returned my call within an hour and scheduled someone to open for us in the following week. One of the two guys came out was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of good recommendations. We were satisfied with overall experience. Definitely will use them again.

Ultimate Pools installed our pool in 2003 and has done a great job for us ever since. They are professional and responsive to our questions and to our needs, and we can always count on them for expert advice. They contact us to set dates for opening and closing, and usually offer a range of dates to suit our schedules. They show up on time when they say they will, and that is rare in today’s world. We feel very fortunate to have been associated with them over the years.
