WAYSIDE FENCE

I've purchased a custom fence panel from from Wayside (Newington, CT) on two separate occasions. I've been very frustrated with both my experiences and will not be purchasing another order from them. I find them very unresponsive; my emails often times won't be answered for a week or more, until I follow up (sometimes it takes two or more follow ups). They messed up most recent order and left out 2 items. It has been very difficult to get that corrected. When submitting my order, they randomly changed the specifications that I had to catch while reviewing the quote. Lastly, I just went to pick up the missing parts for my order and the store was randomly closed. Full disclosure, its Saturday morning on Labor Day Weekend. I returned 2 corner post Newtown CT supply because i got the order wrong and tried to change with end posts. The manager there was really nasty and terrible communication... I am contractor and I spend thousands of $ there . How can they break for 25 $ a corner post ? Really disappointed, never go back to them
