Hired them and very sorry I did. The quality of my “ custom “ turned balusters was horrible. I paid extra for higher quality wood and it came so rough and raw it was impossible to make smooth. Installer cut with a chop saw inside my house even when asked not to. He left piles of saw dust in the room where he cut and dust floated through the house. What a mess. Some nails holes were filled, some not. Wood quality was lacking. Customer service is awful after they’re hired. I suggest you look elsewhere if you want the job to turn out right. I’m a professional paint contractor. I would never treat my customers like this nor turn out quality that is poor.

I asked for an estimate over two weeks ago and still have not gotten one. Communication is lacking. If you feel you cannot or do not want to do the job I requested, then let me know and I'll move on. It's just a waste of my time to wait for an estimate when I need someone to replace my existing treads with new treads we bought to match our recently installed hardwood floors.

Outstanding work. Clearly craftsmen and not hacks. My next-door neighbor recently had some really beautiful stairs installed by these folks. They're simply amazing. My neighbor was happy with the service and recommended them to me for a much anticipated future project.

We had them rebuild our stairs and railings. Overall the quality of their work was excellent. The carpenter, Jim, was terrific. Their weakness is communications or lack there of. If you hire them, get some firm dates in writing.

Called and dealt with Mark about having stairs and woodwork taken care of and get an estimate. He was absolutely terrible. he never gets back to you, their price is excessive and he talked to my tenants and got involved personally with them. Very unprofessional and overpriced. I would never call them for anything!, I have heard many negative things about them before. Get someone else.
