World Class Carpet Cleaning

I had a problem with my carpet. This gentleman that did the work a while back left too much shampoo and Rob came to my rescue. He removed the extra shampoo and cleaned my carpet very well. My carpet looks brand new! I’m so happy! And even happier that now I found someone I can trust to clean my carpet. I would never call anyone else now that I found Rob. He did a great job!

Today, I was supposed to have world class carpet cleaning come to my house to clean my carpeting. This is the second time that I have scheduled a cleaning with them that they never showed up to my home. Incredibly bad service.

Called these guys a day before and was able to get a 8am appointment the next day (on a sunday) with a very reasonable quote over the phone. Chris, the Carpet Cleaning Technican, arrived 15 minutes early, had all his tools ready, and did a good preinspection with me. He got straight to work and didn't stop until he was done. He did a fantastic job (considering how bad my carpet looked) and was very speedy about it. Chris even asked me to double check his work and when I did, it was excellent! Great customer service, speedy work, and a job well done! Highly recommended!
