Wren Kitchens

I held off on writing my review until my kitchen was installed. We went to Wren in early June and met with Marquis. Marquis was great and if I was reviewing him alone I would give him 5 stars. He was very attentive and answered all of our questions and worked with us until we were sure about our selections. We changed our cabinet color 3 times during the design phase...lol. Everything was delivered on time within a few weeks. We hired our own contractor because I did read reviews and a lot of the negative reviews I read were about the installers from Wren. Our only issues were there was a crack and a chip in the sink which may have happened during shipping and two doors were crooked. Can’t say enough bad things about this company. The install was a nightmare. We have had the cabinets for 2 years. Two of our drawers don’t close all the way anymore and one of our shelves in our large cabinet has developed a bend in the middle. We were supposed to get a refund for under cabinet lights we sent back and we never received it.

I had a fantastic experience remodeling my very outdated kitchen with Wren! Their designer, Anginieka/Nikki, with her infectious smile went above and beyond what I needed to help me get an amazing new kitchen for a price I could afford. She was extremely knowledgeable with their product lineup, as well as what was and wasn't possible with certain configurations. I felt confident facing any challenges knowing Nikki and Wren would take care of us. While Wren gives us the option to use their capable pool of contractors, I ended up finding a better deal through someone else. I also bought my appliances elsewhere, but Wren had some very competitive offers too. I ordered Infinity plus Ultra Bianco Satin, pearl white cabinet. You have to love the dark gray in your ultra white cabinet. Do you love it? But the best of all, you have to love the mix of grays : 25 cabinets doors with gray edges and 5 white cabinets doors, 5 panels white, 4 panel gray and the crown moulding is gray. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Worst company!!! I had cabinets installed in September of last year the original installation was done incorrectly have made multiple attempts to have someone fix out and it's always the runaround. Now less than 12 months later all my cabinets face are delaminating and all they tell me to do is call the customer support line. I have sent multiple emails and calls to no avail. WREN BALLS IN YOUR COURT PLEASE REACH OUT AND FIX THIS!
