Our rental company sent out WS plumbing for a clog at our home. Josh came in promptly, ready to help, and fixed our issue almost immediately. Great guy and good vibes. We really appreciate WS for their help. Highly recommended 🙏

It is actually comical how bad my experience with William Sellers Plumbing was. I have not choice but to laugh. During the inspection of a new property purchase, he provided a quote for plumbing repairs. After we closed, we asked him to come out and fix the things he flagged as problematic. He sent a crew out, informed us the job was done and we paid the invoice. I then went out to the property and the majority of the requested work was not complete. They did a few things we asked, a few things we didn't request and then did not do the majority of what we actually needed done. I wrote a kind email asking them to come back out and fix this. This company is your worst nightmare. Hired them to do a simple, but expensive job. Bid seemed fishy, but when I questioned it, they assured me that was what needed to be done and the price was the going rate. When their solution didn't work, I was SCREAMED at for even suggesting I didn't want to pay until the job was completed and fixed. When I asked to talk to the owner himself, thinking this must just be a misunderstanding and asking him if we could just find a solution we could agree upon where I could be assured they would fix it if I paid, he threatened to put a lien on my home. Great service, good prices. Ruben and Brandon were clean, friendly and professional. Sucks to spend money on plumbing issues but they made it less painful. Definitely recommend their service.
