Lance Howle was excellent!! Far exceeded my expectations!!! He was on time, knowledgeable and got right to work on my dishwasher install. He gave me a reasonable price and didn't try to make it up in his head like some companies do when they're trying to rip you off. What I was dreading turned out to be a very pleasant and positive experience. This company will definitely be my go to for all of my plumbing needs. Thanks Lance! You were awesome!

1st Choice Quality Heating and Air is an excellent company! The HVAC system was not working properly in the home so I called 1st choice and they immediately got me on the schedule for an estimate. Jeff came out exactly on time as promised, and he did a very good examination of everything and told us what needed to be done in order to clean And repair it. After we agreed to do the work and he came out again as scheduled and worked for several hours and did an extremely good job of cleaning and repairing. He was very thorough, taking his time to make sure everything was done perfectly. We were extremely happy with the results. The HVAC unit was good as new when he was done! Jeff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. We definitely would work with the Jeff and the company again

Russell arrived as scheduled and was very quick to verify my problem and also showed me the problem. He replaced the wax seal under the toilet and fixed my problem. He cleaned everything up and made sure everything was good . Will call 1st Choice for any plumbing issues.

Rolston, Chris and Brandon from 1st Choice Quality Heating & Air just replaced a 25 year old AC Heat Pump at our home and did an amazing job! Their attention to detail, drive to do the job right and overall professionalism made this a great experience. They removed the old unit, prepped the site, installed the new unit and cleaned everything up in an efficient, timely manner. They tested everything to make sure it was operating correctly and made sure we understood how the new unit operates. Tammy’s communications from the office were perfect! Definitely 5 star service!

My mom had her unit less than 4 years and having problems. The technician that came out the first time put to much freon into the unit which it cause the unit to start having more problems. They’ll come out and look at the unit and I suppose try to fix it and then it goes out again. Now the house still isn’t heating up and was told the part is no longer under warranty and that my mom would have to pay for the part that their technician mess up. How is this fair to her especially when this unit is less than 4 years old. At this point did they install the unit the correct way and someone needs to held accountable for this.
