We moved to Summerfield back in 2019. James Septic worked with me to manage my inspection for the homes I was looking to buy. The first house i was under contract with they uncovered major issue. They provided me with enough clear documentation to not only allow me to walk away from that house, but to also get my deposit back from the seller of that home. On my second home contract in 2019 they did a wonderful job identifying some smaller issues with the system and had those fixed before us purchasing the home. Even when the owner and their own septic company didn't agree with the initial assessment. James Septic went a above and beyond to prove that we were right. (It's good when the good guys win) Since then I have had to call on James Septic to come out twice. One for a float switch/a

This company got caught stealing other septic companies signs in the area. So if they have to do that, then that shows you that they know that they're not good enough for their own work to keep them busy. So how can you trust someone who steals, on your own property.
