Our experience with Carolina Tree Care was fantastic, starting with a Saturday online request for a cost estimate to delimb or remove 58 pine trees from our home park area. Throughout the process, the office staff and work crew performed in an efficient, exceptional manner. Starting with Jessica, who called the following Monday to discuss the online request. She stated that an estimator would soon call to schedule a visit to assess the park area and provide estimates. It was a wow moment when David came out two days later to assess and provide estimates for the two options. After further discussion with Jessica, she emailed a proposal to remove all pine trees, grind all stumps and haul off debris. With 18 trees on the property needing work, and trying to manage the budget, Bill saw it as an opportunity to work together. And the crew were nothing less than hardworking, pleasant folks. Other than the work that was done, you'd never know anyone was there. They left our yard flawless. Would definitely use them again.
