Pam in the office is professional, caring, and if somebody is complaining that she was rude I am 100% sure it was on them not Pam. Their guys are courteous, helpful, and informative, and I wouldn’t use any other service. I’ve had them for over four years and I have never once had a problem

The lady that answers the phone is so incredibly rude! I was trying to coordinate several inspections for a client from out of state and I live pretty far from this town. I simply asked if they could work with me to attempt to coordinate the inspections. She said she’s not jumping through hoops for me and then started saying I said “asap and change your schedule” none of which was ever said. I did ask if we could attempt to coordinate when I would be in town…if they couldn’t, that was ok…I just needed to know. She just got ruder and ruder and ruder. I asked to speak to the owner and she said she’d have him call me. I seriously doubt that would even happen. I immediately called Kelly Exterminating and they worked with me and they were absolutely pleasant about it.

Wonderful when folks show up when they say and do what you expect. Very friendly staff. They work was completed neat and professional.

Pat came out to my house with excellent service. Got rid of my fire ants and I haven’t seen any since! 5 Stars!
