I have used the swimming hole for almost 20 years. Last 3 years have been very disappointing. My pool has not been cleaned every week as scheduled I think people forget in this day and age everyone has cameras Had a dead lizard and dead frogs in my pool for over 3 weeks and despite repeated phone calls no one has come to clean the pool. Memorial Day weekend my pool in still filthy including leaves from a storm weeks ago the same dead lizard and dead frogs

I was so happy with the installation of my pool . Mark and Corey are top notch and do it well . They both are very knowledgeable and friendly . Amber is wonderful in the office and does a lot also .They came out to my property and gave suggestions on where to place etc .. Had an issue with my pump and they took care of it . I highly recommended using them . TY swimmin hole for a great experience!

Was told 2 weeks for pool service. 6 weeks later….nothing! Had my sand changed in April and pool has not been clean since. Asked for someone to come out. No one returned my calls but a service person came out, promised my pool would be done by that Friday. Two weeks later and multi phone calls later no one has come to clean the “mustard algae” which myself and others insist is sand! Asked to speak to the owner, left a message to have owner call me. No response! Sad that a company can do this to a disabled veteran and her elderly mother. I am honestly very disappointed that after spending over $1000 they do not care that my pool is not fixed.

Ordered a new filter for my pool. Installed within a day or two after arriving at the store. Beautiful job. Requested cleaning. Took a few weeks due to being short-staffed but once done, the pool looked brand new. Ty Gabe!!! I would recommend them wholeheartedly but you must have patience.

Paid for pool maintenance that we could do ourselves in order to be "regular customers" and able to get service on equipment when needed. Advertises pool repair, but doesn't have the personnel trained to fulfill that job. Very friendly and polite, but no service model. Honestly think they do the best they can with the limited ability they have, but the experience has been disappointing.
