Very professional and reasonably priced services! Technician found a fried connection and replaced to get our heat back! Thanks for doing such a great job! And for your honesty. This is a 2021 unit and the company that installed has been servicing and repairing since the install, at a time of approximately $500 for each service call, and sometimes it’s back to back calls. It’s been a difficult experience since day 1! Hopefully we have found an honest repair service now!

We had a tricky problem with our heat that had another company telling us we should just replace our 7-year-old system. Traditional Comfort had their people to us in no time, found the real problem, and repaired it for a very reasonable price. Each one of their employees were courteous and helpful. They have definitely won our business going forward!

Called last night and they came out this morning. Very nice and professional. Explained everything as he went. Will have them come out in the fall for maintenance.
