I have had the same experience as others regarding dead palm trees. I ordered 3 palms which were delivered and planted in May 2023. The sago palm died and they replaced it in 12/2023. However, in September 2024, the replacement palm began to loose color and I reached out but no response. In March 2024, I notified them the palm was completely dead and they will not replace or issue a refund. They state the replacement tree doesn’t come with a warranty. This was never communicated. This is bad business as they can take my $$ and issue bad tree after bad tree and they get to keep my $$$. The dead tree is still in my yard and they need to come and remove it! Very nice people but products (palm trees) are not good quality. We originally bought the first palm tree service (transporters and receptionist) were friendly and easy going. Tree was planted and within months tree clearly wasn’t going to make it. The business was contacted and they were quick to make it right (tree was under warranty). They provided a replacement palm at no cost and responded and replaced it (again friendly as ever). After speaking with the two guys that were the transporters they advised that they could tell the palm was getting adequate amount of care and water and that location of where we wanted palm to be planted was good. We purchased two trees—one has thrived beautifully, but the other, one died which cost $100 more than the first one to replace. However, the replacement tree also appears to be dead. We contacted this company immediately, and Matt came out this summer. He said he didn’t think the tree was dead and gave us instructions, including using salt and watering from the top etc. which we did exactly what was advised. Unfortunately, the tree still looks very dead. We’re not sure what to do at this point we’re pouring good money over bad. Premiere Palms did an excellent job! They finished the task ahead of schedule, which made us very happy. They were efficient and careful, and they explained how to care for the trees before they left. Their staff was polite and professional during the entire process. We bought sego palms and two pindo palms from them, and we definitely plan to work with them again because of their exceptional service.

A few months ago I had Premier Palms plant 5 Hurricane Cut palm trees . These folks were great to work with and even honored an original quote for me after they had a price increase . Matt and just helper were very helpful in Teaching me proper care of the trees , however even after doing all I could to follow instructions with fertilization and any treatments I have two of the 5 trees that have died . I have sent pictures to them for them to verify that the trees are dead and waiting their reply . They have been great to work with thus far .
