A Power Heating & Cooling Refrigeration

We had our furnace go out in the middle of the day yesterday (a Friday) We tried several places who all said it would be Mon or Tuesday or didn't pick up. I saw A power heating and Cooling as being in Dearborn so I called them. Samir (hope that is spelled right) came out last night, diagnosed the issue, got it running so we could crank up the heat and said he would return when he got the needed part. Today he returned, installed in quick time and got us up and running. He was very professional, knew his stuff and was very reasonably priced. I highly recommend him

I was without heat, it was nighttime & I got connected to A Power Heating. He was very helpful on the phone and clearly went above and beyond to walk me through some problem solving steps. I appreciated just the fact that he was willing to do that on his time & dime. He was equally nice, friendly, and professional in person. I definitely know who I'm calling when my 18 year old furnace croaks.
