Shawn showed up at our agreed scheduled time. This alone was impressive as that is quite rare these days. He explained the entire process and agreed to a price before any work was performed. We have old berber style carpeting but because it's still in great condition, I can't see replacing it. After Shawn's service, the carpet actually looks fresh and updated. I love it! I just moved into a new home and the carpets were rough. I called Shawn at all clean carpets and told him my situation and that we were trying to move in same day. After explaining everything Shawn moved his schedule around to accommodate a same day appointment. He showed up promptly and did the job! The same day! The carpets were beautiful! Called, came same day and put in great work. My carpets were pretty hammered having six kids in and out of my apartment. Carpets look brand new. Would recommend to everyone that needs carpets cleaned professionally. Great person to work with, very personable.
