Excellent! Jarrod was easy to talk to, respectful of our property, and very knowledgeable about the industry. He sized things up quickly, and got right to work. He worked hard, and smart. Plus he kept us informed of potential cost ahead of time. He also kept us informed about his ETA, instead of leaving us hanging. It is sooo refreshing to see a younger folk like him be so responsible, and yet caring about the customer! I also felt very comfortable talking to the office lady on the phone....I would definitely hire Williams Electric again!

My dining room lights and all 4 outlets died the night before our family Thanksgiving Dinner. We needed them fixed right away and this company did not disappoint. I spoke with Linda over the phone who was very kind and did her best to help find someone for me. Jarek came by and was friendly, professional and thorough. Pricing was great also! Highly recommend!

I called them and received helpful advice. Then asked for one of their service guys to come out. Their service guy showed up promptly on the day of the appointment. He was polite and personable. I showed him the problem and he went right to work checking the outlet and breaker box. He had it fixed in no time, explained what he had done and showed me what I could do if it ever happened again. I will definitely Williams Electric if I have any electrical issues. It was a great experience.

I just bought my first home and it needed some electrical work done to ensure everything was safe, efficient, and in proper working order. Jarrod was great, timely, friendly, very thorough and ensure everything was done well. Williams Electric is also very communicative. They provide reminders, email and text updates, and made everything very convenient and easy. I had my electrical panel replaced, some minor work done to a few outlets to ensure they were safe and in working order. Jarrod also did some maintenance on the motion activated lights to get those up and running, and a few other things to clean up some random wiring that was previously existing. I tried fixing the problem myself, but couldn't figure it out. There was some crazy wiring in the receptacle. Roderick came in and opened up the receptacle, checked where the wires were to the light, fan,and plugs. Then he cut out a jumble of wires, simplified the wiring and had everything back to normal in about 15 minutes . I was impressed!! He really knew what he was doing.
