Embers Heating and Air

I had Embers Heating and Air come out for a routine maintenance with Rob and he did a great job. I had a pin hole leak in my freon line and Rob fixed it the same day. It was so easy to schedule the appointment with Linda, also. Thank you both for keeping my Hvac system running smoothly.

Working with Embers is a breeze. Linda was able to schedule me very quickly for an A/C issue, and Rob showed up a bit before the scheduled time, which I really appreciated. He was able to clean out the unit which was full of dust, and replaced my thermostat. Linda was also patient and gracious when I had a bunch of questions over the phone. This is clearly a business that cares about doing dependable, honest work for their customers. Highly recommended.

We had Embers Heating & Air come out and they were WONDERFUL. Linda at the Office was exceptional, she got us scheduled the same day and within just a few hours (such a sweet lady)! The Tech who came was also great! He was quick and was able to fix our problem right away! Pricing was very fair too. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend this Company to anyone. Especially being a small Business ourselves, they were awesome.

I called to make an appointment for an evaluation. They sent a technician out immediately! Rob showed up early(if you’ve ever dealt w/ service providers you know they show up late and charge you extra for things they should do already, NOT Rob from Embers) and did an exceptional job. Dealing with the death of my mom and her house has been very hard and stressful. Embers truly made life easier and more comfortable. I’m grateful to have found them.

Called Ember's and spoke to Linda. She said she could have a service man out to my place within an hour. Robert arrived 15 mins later and completed the task of getting my A/C working. Very pleased with the service. Highly recommend Ember's Heating and Air
