Beautiful work. Nice and well mannered people. Even though the work went a little longer than expected, we couldn't be more excited to have this redesigned bathroom that allows us to take better, easier care of our special boy! Brian personally came out and gave me a quote. His quote was very complete. Price was reasonable. He even saved me money in the future by finding me a slightly older r410a unit. Saving me from having to buy the expensive refrigerant. The install team did a good job. I have an older furnace, so the technician had to come the next day to finish. I had the electrical all done and ready to go so they just had to hook up the unit and install all the main hvac parts. I ran the unit after they left. And both times my driveway and stairs filled up with water. I was bummed. I had to put in a 90deg and 10ft 3/4 pipe to drain the a/c drain line to the gravel. Minor complaint overall. We've used Grimes a few times now for service/repairs, and for installing an entirely new system. They are always responsive and helpful, and their prices are very competitive.

Grimes installed a new HVAC system in new house we just bought. We had to wait a little longer than I wanted but it's summer so busy season. They came out and basically did install in one day!! Which was amazing. They finished up the next morning within a few hours. So day and a half to install. It went on our roof. Had a old swamp cooler which they removed and used the space in roof for new system. They put the vents and new tubing in attic for air flow. The only thing I wish they would have told me the day of is the insulation was old in the house. So won't cool as efficiently as hoped for until new insulation is put in. I had to replace my ac/heat unit recently, got quotes from five different companies. Grimes gave me the best price, new unit installed by a very professional crew, and they hauled away the old unit. Excellent service.
