Tom's Septic

We bought this house 5 years ago. At that time, we had a company clean, inspect, and thoroughly go through our tanks. Our pump went out and called Tom's Septic. Boy, what an experience having Jason and Chris out here fixing our issues. I learned all about my septic system from them. I found out the first company 5 years ago did not put the first filter in and did not clean the second filter around the pump or pump out the second tank area. Leaving sludge inside, which ultimately plugged up my pump. Tom's septic was efficient and very knowledgeable and informative. I am not going to name the first company as finding out I paid a lot for what they did and they definitely cut corners. I just didn't know enough about the system. My septic backed up at 5:30 on a Sunday evening (of course) I called Tom’s and they showed up within a half hour. Great service, good people..

I highly recommend Toms Septic and Jason Slack! I had an emergency on a weekend and he showed up to help right away turning an extremely stressful situation into a positive experience. He took the time to not only service the tank but also help us fix the problem that led to the issue. This is a stand up company and I will continue to use them in the future.

This was the BEST choice I could have made! Quality service, very great price, and Jason is so knowledgeable. His customer service is impeccable! He responded to my request very fast, listened to needs & ACTUALLY CARED about my issues. I had my septic tank located, dug up and pumped out and thanks to Jason & his crew I can flushed my toilets again & always know where my tanks are!!! Jason gave me several ideas on types of risers to use, how to kill & keep roots from growing in the tank and a few more REALLY important & handy tips. Hands down the BEST company I've delt with in years. Hats off to these gentlemen, they saved my sanity & restored my faith in humanity all in one trip. If you are thinking of using Jason's company trust me no other calls are needed, hire him!!!!

Our septic had begun to backup so we called Tom's Septic based on all of their reviews and close location to our home. They answered the phone right away and the customer service agent was very friendly. She set up a call back with the scheduling department who ended up calling us back within 15 minites of our first call! We were scheduled for same day service and Curtis (our technician) came earlier than expected which was perfect considering we weren't able to use the toilet at the time. 😅 He was kind, friendly, and worked very efficiently. We really appreciate the entire staff and will be calling Tom's again in the future if/when anything else comes up! Highly recommend!
