We needed a new water heater; ours was very old and leaking. After getting some quotes, I called Big D's Plumbing. Donald came by to take a look, in between other jobs, and didn't give me any runaround or try to upsell me on anything. He said he'd have to price a water heater special because we live in a mobile home and have size restrictions. He called me back a few hours later with a quote. He arrived on time, got right to work, and was very clean and professional. Within a few hours, we were back up and running with a quality water heater and a tidy installation. We have had serious plumbing issues for the past couple of years until Big D's came out. We knew we needed to replace our old galvanized pipes (a common older mobile problem), so Donny helped us come up with a plan that worked with our budget and improved our timeline so our problems could be solved. Excellent service, timely with full service details. He added additional shower plumbing for easy access for disabled family member. He also relocated plumbing for the toilet for upcoming bathroom remodel. His estimate and final bill were the same. Thank you great job.
