Initially we had another carpet cleaning service come out and he refused to do the job because he didn't think he could do a good enough job on the pet odor in are carpet. Someone advised me to call Tony at Gold Star. Tony although he was very busy he was able to squeeze us in very quickly. He came out and was very professional and friendly. His services are very affordable. He took a look at the carpet and was hopeful. While he said he could not guarantee the work he felt pretty confident that him and his equipment could get the job done that we needed done. He could get it clean and smelling better which is what we desperately needed. As of this writing he pretreated the floor and just now finished scrubbing the carpet with his scrubber. The floor already looks and smells 90% better. I
