Gentleman that called back was quite rude and hung up before allowing me to respond. I explained we had a spa that we would like hooked up and that we had the breaker from our old place. Without giving me a chance, he rudely told me he didn't work with old material and promptly hung up. Never allowed a discussion to take place or explained to me why that might not be a good idea. Should he have provided a good reason, we would not have objected to purchasing whatever we needed to purchase as new. Would not recommend.

AAA+!!! - Nick has been such a help on my fixer-upper. I am very happy with the work he’s done. He is a “Do it right.” kind of guy and that is reassuring when fixing electrical problems and installing new fixtures!

Poor customer service, rude and hung up on me. I had identified the problem I was calling about, and wanted to get a bid from him, but he said he would not give a bid because it would cost him to come out and determine problem. I already know the problem, I just wanted an idea of cost! Could hear him complaining about me to someone else as he hung up on me.

This guy is amazing. Very nice very professional and was able to figure out the problem fast. Compared to other companies he was fair with his rates. I highly recommend him.

I calld Nick , he answered right away. Listen to my problem. And in stead of charging me by coming all the way to magalia. He talked me thru, by doing so helped me fixed my problem.😁 thank you Nick!!
