best place I've ever went to. these folks actually care about the customer and go to great lengths to help you get the job done. I was in a bad spot, my ring gear on the flywheel was smoked on my riding mower. called em up and they said come by and we can fix it. really?! got to the store and they grabbed the mechanic from the back and he went to town and removed the dowels on the old flywheel and ring gear. sold me the new ring gear and BAAAM!! back in business and saved my easter with the kids. thanks Oroville Power Equipment!!!!

Thinking about bring in your older Weed Eater ? Prepare yourself for a real soaking ! but , they do a very good job repairing anything not just adding new parts .

I used to be 5 stars for these guys—for years. They were the best of the best. But lately, I’m paying more (too much), getting rude treatment from certain staff members (not all), and the quality of work has taken a dive too. I wouldn’t post a negative review for a single incident. I’m writing about this because it feels like it’s the new norm. Maybe these reviews will be a wake-up call for a once-great local business to take a closer look at its operation. I’m feeling burned but not giving up hope.

Unbelievable service!!! I went in and talked with Joel and he totally helped me out even though he was super busy. These guys are efficient! Have excellent knowledge that they will share! Honest! Friendly and hard working! They didn’t try to sell me more than what I needed or something new when they could have. We are super fortunate to have a shop like this in Oroville. I recommend it.
