Oroville safe and lock is my go to place for locks and keys. They were so helpful when I was switching out my lock at my studio. A representative from their business came down and replaced my lock within 30 minutes. They also gave me four custom keys for this lock that were all numbered. Just recently I needed 20 keys made for another building and I went into the store And was warmly greeted by the clerk at the counter. She took my keys and was very speedy and getting all 20 keys made then the owner himself came in and helped her finish up the order. I was only in there about 15 minutes. If I were to have taken these keys to get them made at somewhere like a big box store, it would have taken me so much longer. It is so worth it to pay just a little bit more for great service that is speed

These guys were amazing. Called in right after they opened this morning, explained the keys locked in my yukon, and asked for a quote and if they were available this afternoon. Not only was the price a third of another local mobile locksmith, but they were able to get to my yukon this afternoon after I got home from work. Tech was great. Super friendly, answered my questions, and was just genuinely a nice guy. They will be a first call from now on.

Had a locked shelf compartment in my van I just bought, didnt come with a key to it. Asked him if they could help me, and he got me a new set of keys for it in about 5-10 minutes for $20. Much cheaper than i thought if you bring the lock issue to them.

Trying to scam people: Called and got a quote for $200-$300 to re-let my car after keys being stolen. Made an appointment for the next day, that morning they call me and tell me they would have to replace my ignition and it would be over $500. Called around to other locksmiths and was informed that they would have to MAKE A KEY before even changing out an ignition and that it made absolutely no sense what they were trying to charge me for. Went to “530 mobile locksmith” instead and was charged $250 for a key and fob and lo and behold they didn’t have to replace my entire ignition! Crazy right? They got the job done in less than 20 minutes with no complications.

This key master is not much of a key master. I came in to get my car a copy of the key and being that it is a Chevrolet it required a special kind of key cut on both sides. He wanted to charge me almost $70 to have this key made and I was able to go online and find a blank key for $3. When I brought it into him you could tell that the old man was irritated because they couldn't get an extra $20 out of me for the blank. When I finally got the key cut he tried it out on my door and then my car. Which bothered me because he didn't even ask to step into my car. But you can tell he was not willing to hand over the newly cut key and let me try it out for myself. And put his greasy hands all over my steering wheel. Ironically the key didn't work.
