I went in to get a key made. I have never been here before (it's in Oroville). There was no other patrons in the store but me. When I explained to the owner what I needed he said okay...but then just ignored me and started putting on his sweatshirt and jacket and then started organizing his desk. I was speechless..after 10 minutes I asked if he could help me and he finally said he did not have the right tool to cut the key. I don't like to give bad reviews but this was not acceptable. When I went back to Grass Valley the locksmith had no problem making the key. Not a good experience.

Had some keys (key fob) cut. Fast and efficient. Very friendly and courteous.

They fixed a broken spring with a better one and added reinforcement to my garage door. Now the garage door opens better than ever and is more quiet. They also gave me the best price.!!

Professional, fast service! They showed up on time and replaced our broken torsion spring in our garage quickly. I definitely recommend this company.

Don't use them if you want to ensure you get what you ordered. I am incredibly disappointed with the service I received from Sharp's Locksmithing & Garage Doors. I recently hired them to replace my garage door and automatic door opener, and the experience was far from satisfactory. I specifically ordered an insulated steel-back door, and I received a quote for this exact product. However, what was installed was a foam-back door, which is not what I requested. When the owner talked to me about the form back door he said it could be destroyed by dogs easily which I did not like so I opted for the steel back door.
