Excellent service in garden department! I was helped after a wait and was able to get discounts on by potting mix because the rips. The staff ended up taping the rips, so it was a win-win. One staff member in particular helped me carry the bags all the way to my car. Would recommend!

They rented out a broken tool. Returned the broken tool at 5 hours and 30 minutes and was told that because it was over 5 hours, it didn't matter that the tool was given to us broken. We would be charged for 24 hours. They would not listen to my wife, so I had to drive down. And they called a manger once a guy was in front of them. I guess they don't listen to women. The manager did not acknowledge us. State that he was sorry we received a broken or defective tool or apologize for the three people working in tool rental who were happy to charge my wife full price for 5.5 hours. This manager talked over me constantly and then told us the only person In the whole store who could do a refund was on lunch so we had to wait for them to get back to get a partial refund. What is the point of

Diane went above and beyond! She was such a wonderful help on the phone helping with our Christmas tree. We came from out of town and were calling around. Beautiful person and representative of the company!!!

Great selection, love their garden section as well. A but pricey... but hey. Great place overall.

The young lady working Christmas tree lot is absolutely fantastic. Her customer service 5 star. Her name was Jamie.
